All orders within the U.S. are shipped insured for a flat rate of $5.95. Most orders will ship within 1 day of placement. Custom and Special orders will ship when complete and may take longer (7 days) due to availability of findings.You may select optional expedited delivery during checkout. New York State customers are required to pay 8.375% Sales Tax. All orders (U.S. only) over $100.00 ship for free.

LuxeCreations.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover credit cards and Mastercard and Visa logo Debit cards. At this time I do notaccept personal checks, bank checks or money orders. You may also use direct transfers using PayPal's secure SSL encryption. PayPal orders can only ship to a PayPal verified address. You do not have to be a PayPal member to purchase from me. International Orders
Canada: All orders are shipped USPS Parcel Post or similar for a flat rate of US $12.00. All other International: Please contact me at Customerservice@LuxeCreations.com and provide your name,shipping address, post code and telephone number along with the item # you wish to purchase. I will respond within 24hrs with a total shipping charge.

The customer is responsible for all taxes,duties or tarif's and paperwork applied by the destination country.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 10 days for a full refund or exchange less shipping charges. Jewelry must be returned to me in its original condition, unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Returns must be shipped pre-paid, insured and properly packaged at your expense. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted. Custom and Special Orders are not returnable. Please contact Customerservice@LuxeCreations.com for a return authorization.
Warranty
All of my items come with a 90 day warranty on craftmanship or defects. If your piece fails under these terms you may return it (shipping and insurance pre-paid) for free repair or replacement. I will try my hardest to match any missing pieces. I may need to substitute replacement findings due to availability and will contact you prior to substitution if needed. Any damage that is customer caused due to misuse, abuse, accidents or alterations will not be covered for repair under these terms.
Non warranty repairs will be accepted and repaired for a charge of $20.00 plus the cost of replacement findings if needed and the cost of return shipping. Please contact me in advance for this service at Customerservice@Luxecreations.com.
Resizing
We will resize any item after purchase for a standard charge of $20.00 plus shipping. Please see FAQ's for proper sizing methods to order your correct size. If you received an item as a gift please contact us first at Customerservice@Luxecreations.com.
